Long Covid in the ENT community.
Speaker: Ms Melissa Bentley
During the COVID-19 pandemic we have learnt much of the lower respiratory tract related symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath and chest tightness that could progress rapidly to Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS). However, COVID-19 also causes upper respiratory tract related symptoms including nasal congestion, sore throat and smell dysfunction.
In this talk Melissa Bentley will be describing many of these varied Ear, Nose and Throat symptoms and the recommended treatment pathways for this increasing population of Long COVID patients.

Neurological manifestations of Covid-19
Speaker: Dr Omar Malik
Dr Omar Malik has a wide range of interests in General Neurology as well as his specialist interest in Inflammatory Disorders of the Peripheral and Central Nervous System. During this talk, he will discuss various cases of Covid-19 and neurological presentations and highlight 'red flag' symptoms that should alert the general practitioner to refer promptly.
